Lead Artist

Berlin, Germany Full Time

You will be in charge and supervise outsourced project, you will built the bridge between in-house development team and outsourcing studios. You are able to organize, manage, optimize and monitor quality and status of mobile gaming art outsourced projects. Your goal will also be to create and seamless workflow for integrating assets to our in-house pipeline, maintaining quality and respecting production deadlines and budget. You clearly communicate methodology and process with team and outsourcing studios. We are looking for talent to help us shape the direction of our new project within a small, vibrant and fun multi function team.


  • Manage production: estimates, scheduling and potentially budgeting
  • Mobile product experience: 3D and 2D artwork
  • Production pipeline experience from initial concept through to final integrated art
  • Provide unique solutions to improve the creative process in a collaborative environment
  • Work closely with engineers, designers and management team


  • Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between disciplines, company and outsourcing providers
  • Experience creating and leading a small team of 5 to 10 people
  • Experience on Agile methodology and frameworks
  • Experience as a 3D Artist and 2D supplementary ability
  • Experience handling, preparing and reviewing of material for outsourcing
  • Unity3D
  • Proficient with various professional 2D and 3D software packages for asset content production (e.g. ffmpeg, After Effects, Maya, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Understanding of the technical requirements of game developing for mobile platforms
  • Mentoring skills
