Prologue Immersive is a virtual reality content creation team based in Venice, CA that is driven to design and engineer unforgettable VR/AR experiences. We are guided by our decades of world renowned work in designing some of the largest blockbusters in Hollywood including Iron Man, Prometheus, SE7EN, Godzilla, and TRON. Our design work has featured heavily in incredibly successful video game franchises including Metal Gear Solid and Destiny.
Work closely with the Supervisor to come up with technical approaches to solve data related problems
Program main logic for interactive experience including game-like elements.
Create and maintain pipeline tools to streamline workflows and increase productivity of team.
Isolate bugs/issues, participate in team meetings to help identify and fix issues
Help troubleshoot and debug technical obstacles
Contribute to improving the VR pipeline
Continuously iterate, test, and optimize application builds for target hmds/platforms.
Work closely with other artists to implement levels or interactivity needing advanced programming logic
Must work in a team/strong communication/collaboration/positive attitude/time management/proactive
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Passion for storytelling and VR, and other immersive technologies on the horizon
Proficient in C# and/or C++
Excellent with Unity
Understanding of CG mathematics including linear algebra and vector math.
Experience with GIT/Team foundation server or other versioning software.
Familiarity with working in Windows.
Experience with one or more HMDs (hardware and SDK)
Familiarity with agile development a plus
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
Enjoy working in a team environment
Must be willing or able to work from our Venice, CA office.
We are not looking for remote team members at this time.
Experience with Unreal engine
